“25 Best Chefs of Finland” is a stylish, fully illustrated cookbook with recipes from some of the country’s finest chefs. Published in Finnish and English, it makes an ideal gift.

For the first time, even the least experienced cooks can easily create restaurant-quality dishes in their own kitchens. Many of the chefs worked abroad before returning home, advancing their careers or training in Michelin-starred establishments. Others share inspiring stories about their journey into hospitality—how they became chefs because they lacked academic qualifications and saw it as their only career option.

The book combines recipes with stunning photography, showcasing beloved Finnish ingredients and the influence of the creators’ families and traditional dishes they cherish. For Peter Marshall, the book was truly a labor of love, and he is delighted with the final result. Collaboration with Markku Oyala from the Finnish Chefs’ Association ensured the involvement of Finland’s top chefs.
