Concentration of Will, or Strategies of the Warriors of Light is the first book in Ukraine’s leadership discourse to explore the phenomenon of strategic leadership and system leadership. The book is built on real Ukrainian case studies of strategic decisions developed and implemented during the full-scale war. The author, Volodymyr Pavelko, had direct involvement in these cases and in shaping the methodology presented in the book.
