Hanover Square Press draws its name from what was once known as “Printing House Square” in Manhattan, home to the early American printers, publishers, and booksellers who thrived in the 1700s and early 1800s. Our list covers nonfiction - including biography, business, history, journalism, memoir, pop culture, psychology, science and true crime - as well as high-concept fiction - including crime, horror, literary, sci-fi/fantasy, speculative novels and works in translation. Whatever the genre, our acquisitions wish list is driven by our search for one-of-a-kind, attention-grabbing stories from authors with unique perspectives and expertise.
