Wines of Ukraine: The Untold Story

Wines of Ukraine: The Untold Story tells about Ukrainian winemaking from ancient times to the present day. The book features accounts of the grape varieties that grow in our lands, wine barrels, bottles, and corks produced in Ukraine, as well as conversations with sommeliers and wine experts.

The highlight of the book is a series of stories about contemporary winemakers from various regions of Ukraine. These stories were gathered during an expedition that the Ukraїner team undertook together with Serhii Klimov, the author of the book and the founder of the Kyiv Food and Wine Festival (Brave Wine), in the autumn of 2022. This edition also includes two new stories from wineries collected in 2025.
